  • 10 pieces Focaccia
  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g KNORR® Mise en Place basil
  • 400 g Tomatoes, sliced
  • 300 g Mozzarella, sliced
  • 100 g Arugula cleaned
  • 80 g Red onions, sliced
  • 20 g Basil, leaves torn

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the focaccia lengthwise.
  • Spread both halves with butter and KNORR basil mixture.
  • Layer with the remaining ingredients as desired.
  • Close with the top half.
