Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry and Filling

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed in the refrigerator overnight
  • 6 ounces brie cheese cut into 24 small pieces
  • cup DeLallo Fig Spread for topping
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped toasted pecans for topping
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary plus more leaves for garnish
  • cooking spray for the pan
  • all-purpose flour for rolling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and oil or spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  • Chill the cut brie pieces in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Spread the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, roll into an 11x13-inch rectangle, and cut into 24 small rectangles.
  • Press each pastry rectangle into a muffin tin well.
  • Sprinkle rosemary at the bottom of the pastry cups, then fill with brie pieces.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until cheese is melted and pastry is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then top each with fig spread and sprinkle with pecans and garnish with rosemary.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
