Ingredients
  

Seafood Mixture

  • 1 cup lobster meat, fresh or cooked
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Breading

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine lobster meat, crab meat, butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Form the seafood mixture into small balls.
  • Roll each ball in the panko breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the top of each ball.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Store any leftover Lobster & Crab Butter Bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze them individually wrapped in plastic wrap and then placed in a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating. Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
