Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • ½ cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 3 cups Green Cabbage cut into thin long noodle shapes
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 3 teaspoon Chili Garlic Paste
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions
 

  • Add the ground beef, onions, and pepper to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is browned and the vegetables have softened. Drain the excess grease.
  • Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, Swerve, garlic, ginger paste, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
  • Place the cabbage into the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover the skillet, and saute until the cabbage is done to your liking.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients and saute for another 3-5 minutes before serving garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
