Ingredients
  

Potatoes

  • 1 ½ cups crispy crowns (aka tater rounds)

Eggs

  • ½ cup warm scrambled eggs

Gravy

  • cup canned sausage gravy

Cheese

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Procedure

  • Cook the crispy crowns according to your preference until they're cooked through and crispy. Heat up the sausage gravy.
  • Add the crispy potatoes to a waiting bowl, or plate. Top with scrambled egg.
  • Spoon gravy over top, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Salt & pepper, to taste, serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc. to feed several people or even a crowd. Set this up buffet style for crowd gatherings. Alternative options include tater tots or crispy hash brown patties if crispy crowns are unavailable.
