Ingredients
  

Potatoes and Beef

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • Olive oil, to coat
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika – to taste
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • Nacho cheese – as desired
  • 5 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Taco sauce – to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Peel and cube potatoes. Toss with oil and seasonings.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, shaking a few times.
  • Brown ground beef in skillet, add seasonings and garlic.
  • Pour in ½ cup water and simmer on low.
  • Warm tortillas. Add nacho cheese, beef, taco sauce, and potatoes.
  • Roll burritos tightly.
  • Grill in skillet until golden on both sides. Serve warm.
