  • 200 millilitres milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 grammes brown sugar cane sugar
  • 1 gousse vanilla or vanilla extract
  • 1 brioche braided brioche

For cooking

  • 50 grammes butter
  • brown sugar to taste
