Dressing

Salad
- 1 package refrigerated cooked beets (8.8-ounce) such as Love Beets
- 1 package arugula (5-ounce)
- 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Stir sliced shallot, olive oil, vinegar, honey, pepper, and salt together in a large bowl until combined.
